Went to Karak for fresh water fish n prawn before going up to Genting during Hari Raya.Most enjoyable is the steam prawn,plenty of roe,but the fry prawn with sweet n sour taste is only so-so!!

Their specialty roast pork belly...gwei loh "siew yoke"(is only available during weekend). If you want to try during weekdays,you may try to order in advance to Chef Gilbert.

Fat Emperor Kinda Food...SauChai To FeiChai!!

I am just regular guy that likes to eat or drink anything..n there`s no discrimination on the type whether its indian,malay,chinese or rojak or in a nicer term FUSION! or whether its fancy restaurant or at a humble roadside stall(which normally served the best food)..which i prefer whereby i can dress down to shorts ,tee shirt and slipper.Well,this is the best way to enjoy good quality food...n talking about good food does not= to expensive!!..fine dining is out of budget and i do not have the CASH to taste and compare,so temporary this will be out of my review!
To me,satisfaction for eating is having good food,good company..can be either family or PIG Friend,Dog Friend along with having some nice beers!..this is LIFE:)
Apart from being a SEK KAH,i also likes to cook but in terms of skill..its a long way to being SEK SUN!!.Iron Chef!!
But,here i would like to share with my fellow buddy on my food experience..and it can go either way from rare Excellent to Yucks!!:)
